Welcome to Laurell Trains
This site is dedicated to Model Trains, one of my major hobbies. The purpose is
to present my model building projects as I prefer to see them, meaning I present not only a finished model, but I also try to explain how it was made, both in text and pics.
Borkum Match Tramway
This is my primary project right now. A small match factory and mine uses the tramway which goes a few miles down to a waterfront. This will be an indoor layout. My preferred scale/gauge right now is Industrial/ Estate and Military lines in 78n18, but I have also done some work in several other scales.
Books / Kits / Events
I regularly report about books, kits and different events I been to.
